I am sure all of this talk about cookies is making you hungry, so today I am sharing a recipe from Holiday Cookie Cravings–Soft Gingersnaps with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting. These are one of my favorites from the book. Ok, I love them all, but gingersnaps are a MUST make every holiday season and the white chocolate cream cheese frosting makes these gingersnaps extra special.
